We Have PES 2008 Wii In Our Hands!

The moment has arrived, we’ve managed to get our hands on the Wii version of PES 2008! I’m more excited than most about having the opportunity to try out this revolutionary version of our beloved franchise.

As you can see from the pic of a very excited colleague, the box art has had a face lift, further evidence of Konami trying their best to distance this title even further from the other releases on various formats. Strange for them to use Michael Owen as the cover star with Ronaldo in the background. You’d think on form and general interest it would be best to keep the free scoring Portuguese star at the forefront of any marketing campaign.

Still, the cover has no bearing on the quality of the game. All views and impressions to follow soon, along with an in-depth review as you would expect.
