Confirmation of Region Free Status and Other Webcams
News coming through today from a close friend of W.E.N.B. who informs me that PES 2008 (European Version) works on all regions of the PS3 regardless of what cable is used to connect the console to the TV. Yes, that means it doesn’t matter if you’re running your PS3 in HD or SD. He also adds that LOGITECH webcams; QUICKCAM PRO 5000 (Only p/N 861306, see sticker at the end of usb cable) and all QUICKCAM PRO 9000 work when connected to the PS3 for Face Scanning flawlessly.
Just a little update, but good to know that there are other alternatives to the Playstation Eye.
